“Tanks?  Nobody told me they had tanks!”
“So what, Sarge, we’ve got Baby here.  Gunner, give ‘em all six barrels at max fire.”
WHOOOOOOOOOM!
“Tanks?  I don’t see no stinkin’ tanks!  Just smoke and chunks.”

Finger and Toe Models announce its latest release: Arsenal: MULTI-GUN.  Arsenal is intended to be an inexpensive way to expand your table top gaming experience. The Arsenal series will feature models of tactical, operational, and strategic weapons systems.  Usually, each set will have a weapon model on a single page and a second page of scenery elements.  The models are designed so that many parts, such as bases are interchangeable, as will be the scenic elements.  The MULTI-GUN set includes the Multi-Gun mounted on a firing platform set into a large pedestal mount.  It is designed to rotate 360 degrees.  The scenery element is a modular bridge consisting of two elements, a basic platform and a ramp.   For reference, the Multi-gun model is about three inches tall.  The bridge module is one inch high and two inches square; the ramp is one inch high, two inches wide and four long.

The MULTI-GUN is designed for 28mm skirmish wargaming with any gaming system or rules.  Add some firepower to support those PBI or use as an objective for your special ops teams.

Arsenal: MULTI-GUN is available for $1.00 exclusively at www.RPGNOW.com

Finger and Toe’s motto, “Because they don’t cost you an arm and a leg,” explains the company’s philosophy: affordable scenery and model sets for wargamers.  Visit the website [www.fingerandtoe.com ], look around, have fun.  If you like what you see, try our other products at RPGNOW.

Not bad for a dollar, but I could swear the pintel cutout circle on mine is off center. [...]

I have just built one model in light cardstock (180gsm) without finding any trouble spots. Just make sure to hold the gun barrel to the main body while the glue dries. [...]

Scanned image
These products were created by scanning an original printed edition. Most older books are in scanned image format because original digital layout files never existed or were no longer available from the publisher.

For PDF download editions, each page has been run through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software to attempt to decipher the printed text. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. Also, a few larger books may be resampled to fit into the system, and may not have this searchable text background.

For printed books, we have performed high-resolution scans of an original hardcopy of the book. We essentially digitally re-master the book. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey. Moiré patterns may develop in photos. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive.

Original electronic format
These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.
